Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Dylan Weinberger once dreamed of becoming a statistician. Once he arrived to Syracuse University in the fall of 2012 that quickly changed. Dylan has developed a strong interest for Finance and Technology, while immersing himself in the endless extracurricular opportunities available on campus.
Now a rising junior, Dylan will be serving his second term as vice president of finance of the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, as well as the newly elected president of the Financial Management Association (FMA). His involvement on campus and enthusiasm in meeting others has brought him great success, as he is currently interning at JPMorgan Chase this summer and through the upcoming school year.
When Dylan is not in the classroom, you are most likely to find him on the couches in the Whitman atrium, talking endlessly about nothing, or cracking jokes about himself to others. His humor is unique to say the least and if you ever need an upbeat conversation, Dylan is the one to look for.
Dylan is a great example of a student who strives everlastingly both in and out of the classroom, and has certainly made a difference amongst his peers. He aspires to earn top honors in his graduating class, and will not stop working until he achieves the goals that he has set out for himself. We are confident that his accomplishments will only continue in the future, and we wish him the best of luck. With this being said, if you want to see brilliance and success at its finest, be sure to watch the feats that Dylan reaches in the remaining semesters at Whitman!
